Ridgewood Cottages Site -- Pros and Cons

This illustration shows the Ridgewood Cottages site (circled in red) proposed for the new 200-bed residence hall.  Listed are pros and cons of this site, which were carefully weighed as alternative sites were considered.  The main alternative site at the north end of campus is shown circled in gray.
