Current Zoning Setback Requirements
This
map illustrates the current zoning regulations, which restrict the location and
heights of new construction. For example, no new construction is allowed
within the area that lies within 75 feet of the property line; between 75 feet
and 125 feet from any property line, the maximum allowable height is 2 stories;
between 125 feet and 350 feet from any property line, the maximum allowable
height is 3 stories.
