East Quad Renovation Proposal
Note: This exercise is meant only as a case study to test alternative ways to renovate and improve existing residences. The feasibility of any alternative plan must include considerations of: the availability of other residential units to allow a reduction of beds; student preferences; administrative and educational policy, especially with regard to the needs of freshman; compliance with applicable building codes; costs of construction; and structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing constraints of the existing building.
