As artificial intelligence transforms every corner of the STEM landscape—from biotech to engineering to data science—professionals must understand how AI works, where it applies, and how to engage with it ethically and effectively. This 10–15 hour asynchronous micro-credential introduces the core concepts, tools, and applications of AI, without requiring prior coding experience.
Through interactive modules, real-world case studies, and hands-on tool exploration, learners will gain foundational knowledge of machine learning, data-driven decision-making, and ethical considerations in AI deployment. Designed for engineers, researchers, analysts, and technical contributors, this course empowers learners to confidently engage with AI in their field and identify opportunities for innovation.
By the end of the course, learners will produce a personalized AI use case proposal and earn a digital badge that signals readiness to collaborate in AI-enabled environments.
