2025-2026 Tuition Rates

Tuition for Brandeis Online varies by program type. Review the following tables to explore the 2025–2026 tuition rates for online master’s degrees and online master’s certificates, including cost per course and any applicable fees.

*Newly admitted students must pay a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure their spot in the program. The $500 deposit will be applied toward the student's first course.

**Total costs is based on a 30 credit Master's degree and a 12 credit Master's certificate, the total number of credits varies by program. Total cost of the program excludes books and course materials, and tuition is reassessed each academic year.

Graduate students may be eligible for federal or private education loans depending on their program and enrollment status. Learn more about your financing options.

Federal Loans

You may qualify for a Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loan or a Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan if you are:

Enrolled in a master’s degree.
Registered for at least one course per session and actively progressing toward completing your degree requirements.

Federal loans can help cover tuition, fees and associated education expenses.

Private Loans

If you’re enrolled in only one class per term or take classes as a non-degree student, you may be eligible for credit-based private loans through independent lenders.

Many employers support continuing education through tuition reimbursement or professional development benefits. Some organizations also offer discounted tuition through partnerships with Brandeis Online.

If you’re currently employed, your HR team can confirm whether these benefits are available to you.

Note: Tuition reimbursement is a private agreement between you and your employer. Brandeis Online requires full payment of tuition and fees upon registration, regardless of the terms of these arrangements.

Alumni Discount

Already earned a degree from Brandeis? Brandeis University alumni are eligible for a 15% off tuition discount on all Brandeis Online courses, master’s certificates and master’s degrees.

Military Discount

Brandeis Online is proud to offer military veterans, active-duty personnel and their spouses a 15% tuition discount on all our online master's degrees and certificates. You can use this discount in conjunction with other benefits earned through the Department of Veteran Affairs, such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill® and the Yellow Ribbon Program.
