The online MA in Jewish Professional leadership will help you build advanced skills in management, fundraising and operations that are critical to the success of today's global Jewish organizations and nonprofits. 

Whether you're looking to advance into a more leadership role within your organization or pivot into a Jewish professional career, this program prepares you to: 

  • Develop the confidence to lead challenging and productive conversations with key stakeholders and constituents on complex topics related to antisemitism, Israel and Jewish peoplehood. 
  • Demonstrate advanced, evidence-based approaches to strategic decision-making, especially in times of crisis and change.

The 34-credit Jewish Professional Leadership degree focuses on the idea that Jewish leaders must not only understand the fundamentals of nonprofit management and execution, but also be able to leverage organizational data to make compelling and impactful decisions.
