What's Going On in the Middle East Today?

Crown Center for Middle East Studies
Middle East Briefs, a "real-time" publication of the Crown Center for Middle East Studies, provides a succinct analysis of a single issue and current development that is at the top of the region's political, social or economic agendas.

These briefs give BNC study groups an exciting opportunity for more challenge and real-time analyses regarding current developments and events in the Middle East and are available online at the Crown Center for Middle East Studies.

The Crown Center is committed to proving it is possible to produce balanced, objective and dispassionate research regarding all aspects of the contemporary Middle East. In addition to Arab-Israeli tension, the center also focuses on Arab politics, Islamic studies, economic and social development, and regional security and arms control.
