Learning to lead a community is a complex endeavor. No formula can prepare professionals to face the realities of today’s communities, let alone understand today what will be needed tomorrow. At Hornstein, learning takes place in our classrooms, through field experiences and co-curricular activities. Specially designed modules introduce students to the historical and contemporary realities of the international Jewish community. We provide the grounding to understand trends, develop the ability to frame issues and apply skills essential for complex problem solving. When all this is combined, students have the foundation to play vital roles as professionals in the international Jewish world.
