This diagram by Chan
Krieger shows the conditions of buildings on campus. Buildings colored red
have the highest degree of deferred maintenance (as of 1999, when the study on
which this is based was carried out. Note that substantial work has been
done on residence halls and other buildings, improving their FCI [Facilities
Condition Index]). Buildings colored yellow have a lower but still
significant amount of deferred maintenance (as of 1999). For a fuller
