Brandeis student-athletes earn All-America honors

Two Brandeis student-athletes turned in All-American performances at the 2014 NCAA Division III track and field and tennis championships.

Mohamed ‘Mo’ Sidique '15 placed fifth overall in triple jump and Carley Cooke ’15 won her first round match before falling to the second seed player in the second round. This is the first All-America honor for Sidique and the fourth for Cooke.

Brian Granoff '17, who was playing in his first NCAA tennis championships, lost in the first round. Amelia Lundkvist ’14, competing the last time for Brandeis, placed seventh in the 1,500-meter qualifying heat, finishing 0.79 seconds out of a spot in the final.
