How to join BEMCo
If you are an EMT in another state
You must have a valid EMT certification in Massachusetts in order to join BEMCo.
If you are certified in another state, it is possible to obtain reciprocity in Massachusetts. It is not necessary for you to re-take your practical examination, but you must complete the Massachusetts written examination.
BEMCo can also act as a verifying employment organization for active members who hold NREMT certification. Please contact the Training Officer for more information.
BEMCo is student staffed and student run. To join BEMCo you must be a Brandeis University undergraduate student.
