Hours of Operation


Brandeis University and Xerox Corporation have partnered to bring improved mail services to campus. New equipment and technologies promise to make an immediate positive impact for the Brandeis community.

Campus Mail Services Holiday Hours 2014-2015:

The University is closed December 24, 2014 through January 2, 2015.

Campus Mail Services holiday hours will be:

December 24th- 26th, January 1st - Closed

December 29th through January 2nd (:  Mail and parcels will be sorted and delivered to selected locations. (Listed below) Delivery times will be earlier than normal (as soon as it is ready to go). We are planning to meter outgoing mail that is picked up. Please have outgoing mail in your normal delivery/pickup location before 10:30 am if you need it to go out the same day.

December 31st- January 1st: Closed

Reopen with normal schedule on Tues. January 5, 2015.

Planned Delivery Locations will be the normal mail stop in the following buildings (building must be accessible):

Office of the University Registrar, Kutz MS 068, Institutional Advancement, Bernstein-Marcus MS 122, College of Business and Laboratory Supplies, MS 041.

Things to Know

All Students will be receiving new keys, so please stop by to get the key if you haven't already done so. 

The Postal Kiosk is available for purchasing postage and shipping US based packages up to 70 pounds or international items up to 5 ounces.  Stamps may also be purchased using the kiosk when the Usdan Student Center is open.  The kiosk accepts major credit and debit cards.   There is a receptacle to the right of the kiosk for secure storage of your posted mail and packages.  This mail is picked up from the box at 3:30 pm each business day.  

Money orders are no longer  available but can be obtained locally at many Waltham banks and retail store locations.
