Fifteen Brandeisians joined forces with the Surfrider Foundation to clean up Ocean Beach in San Francisco, CA. They combined their efforts to contribute 30 hours to the Global Service Initiative community challenge while connecting with each other.

Twelve Brandeisians and their families spent a day sorting, stocking and organizing at the The Ark food pantry. The Ark relies on the community to provide assistance in collecting, donating and organizing the pantry to help offset the cost of maintaining an all-Kosher pantry.
