Brandeis International Business School

Yihan Huang, MA’21: Isaiah Leo Sharfman Endowed Teaching Fellowship

Yihan HuangWhy did you choose Brandeis International Business School?

I appreciate the teaching quality and study atmosphere here.

What kind of work or research are you interested in?

I am personally very interested in asset pricing —equity, derivatives, art — and behavioral economics. I want to make use of the behavioral theories to add people's irrational factors into the classical asset pricing models. In this way I can improve the models and get a predicted price closer to the reality.

What are your career goals?

I want to find a job that I both enjoy doing and can get paid well to enjoy my life.

What do you want to accomplish at Brandeis before you graduate?

Creating value: learning more, growing more and creating happy memories for myself and my friends.
