Your package/s will be ready for pick up once you receive an e-mail confirmation directly from the Mail Room.




Brandeis University and SwissPost Solutions have partnered to bring improved mail services to campus. New equipment and technologies promise to make an immediate positive impact for the Brandeis community. A self-service kiosk is available for students to pick up packages quickly and easily.

Mail Services Hours of Operation

Please note: The Usdan Mail Center is staffed Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Full time staff are available for you to contact regarding missing package inquiries, perishable or time sensitive deliveries, or any other important mail/package delivery issues.  For immediate assistance with any issues, you may email us directly at mailcenter@brandeis.edu

Federal Express deliveries for Faculty and Staff members are delivered directly to the recipient’s office by the carrier not the Mail Servie staff.  UPS, Federal Express Ground and Federal Express Home deliveries for Faculty and Staff are delivered by Mail Services within two to three business days.  Special deliveries and pickups can be made upon request.

Things to Know

The Mail N' Go Kiosk is no longer available for use.  We recommend printing your own shipping labels online and dropping your package(s) off at the Mail Room.  There are various postage-on-demand websites for you to choose from, including stamps.com, endicia.com, and usps.com. 

Money orders are no longer available but can be obtained locally at many Waltham banks and retail store locations.
