Brandeis University Self-Service (BUSS)

buss logoBUSS is Brandeis University's Self-Service portal that enables current faculty and staff to conduct a variety of business transactions online in a confidential manner. The use of Self-Service could limit the need to complete paper forms, saving employees time and the university money.

BUSS requires login with a UNet username and password. Some of the Self Service options available are:
  • Add and update home and mailing addresses, phone numbers and emergency-contact information
  • Review other personal data on file with the university (i.e., gender, date of birth, ethnicity)
  • Submit name-change requests
  • Enroll in university's emergency-notification system
  • Review pay checks dating back to May 2002
  • Review Total Comp and Benefit statements from 2016
  • Review W-2 forms dating back to 2013
  • Change direct-deposit allocations
  • Peruse and apply for Brandeis staff jobs
