Basketball programs to participate in WBCA's "Think Pink" campaign
Feb. 12, 2008
On Friday, February 15, the Brandeis University basketball teams will be participating in the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association "Think Pink" campaign to raise breast cancer awareness. The teams will wear pink warm-ups during their pre-game routines, and we ask all fans to wear an item of pink clothing to support the program. Additionally, as a fund-raiser, there will be a raffle for an autographed Curt Schilling baseball.
The Brandeis women will be facing the No. 13-ranked University of Rochester at 6 p.m., while the 10th-ranked Brandeis men take on the No. 6 Yellowjackets at 8 p.m. Rochester won both games in New York in January.
