University streamlines its recycling program in advance of Brandeis Recycles Day

Following efforts to create more environmental sustainability on campus, Brandeis was recently awarded a higher grade on the annual College Sustainability Report Card.

Efforts to reduce Brandeis' environmental impact are shifting into high gear, according to Sustainability Coordinator Janna Cohen-Rosenthal. Part of the plan is to make recycling even easier to reduce the tons of waste leaving campus and improve the recycling rate. BrandeisNOW has more on the new recycling method.
