New 5 meal periods

Until this semester, students were always held to 3 meal periods per day.  This lead to many complaints and discussions on how to change this rule. Finally Brandeis and Dining Services have been able to come up with a plan that will make using your meals easier.  Although the policy of "only one meal during a meal period" still stands, now the day is divided into 5 meal periods.

The 5 meal periods are as follows:

1. Breakfast 7 am -  9:59 am

2. Continental Breakfast              10 am  - 10:59 am

3. Lunch  11 am  - 1:59 pm

4. Limited Lunch                            2 pm - 4:59 pm

5. Dinner   5 pm till closing

This in no way indicates that the hours of operation in any dining hall has changed.  Please check the dining services website for specific dining halls and their dining hours.

There is a $1 transaction fee for online WhoCash deposits. This fee will be removed from your total deposit. For example, if you make a $5 deposit, only $4 will go to your WhoCash account. Never, never make a deposit of only $1. Contact us at campuscard@brandeis.edu with questions.

Welcome

Located in Kutz Hall, the Campus Card Office issues Brandeis ID cards, administers the university meal plans (including meal plan billing to your SAGE account).  We also oversee the WhoCash debit plan.

The office issues ID cards between the hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

 First time getting an ID card?  New employees MUST bring the "request for ID card" form from HR. It must be filled out and signed by HR personnel.  This includes Post Docs and anyone who is paid by Brandeis University.

Some visiting scholars, visiting researchers, visiting scientists, etc. may only need to bring their appointment letter.   Please take a minute to call or email us to make sure you have the correct paperwork in order to avoid unnecessary trips to the card office.
