Space Administrators are responsible for keeping Campus Planning up-to-date with all space changes. Please use the Space Administrator Update Form to log any office, lab or space updates or relocation.
Requests for a new or different space
Requests for a new or different space can be submitted via representatives in the Deans’ and VPs’ offices. Questions can be sent to spaceplanning@brandeis.edu.
An annual space survey is done to ensure that the university has accurate data about the usage and occupancy of campus spaces. Through collaboration across departments our web-based space management system captures the reallocation and repurpose of space due to many factors including reorganizations and relocations.
Request floor plans to support the development of plans for staffing schedules and workspace changes.
