Guest and Visitor Policy
At this time and until further notice, Brandeis University is strictly limiting visitors to campus.
While Brandeis prides itself on its open campus, hospitality, and welcoming environment, we have enacted certain policies to protect the health and safety of the students, staff, and faculty that learn and work on our campus together during this unprecedented time.
In order to conduct critical and time sensitive activities in scholarship and creative work, or in campus and administrative operations, it may be necessary for certain collaborators, contractors, former Brandeis community members - including past students, employees, faculty members, or postdoctoral associates and fellows - and other affiliates to visit.
Visitor Exception Requests may be made to Provost Carol Fierke for academic visitors or to Executive Vice President Stewart Uretsky for campus and administrative visitors via the COVID-19 Campus Visitor Exception Request Form (pdf).
All visitors will be expected to comply with Brandeis University’s COVID-19 Campus Visitor Health and Safety Requirements, and must have on file with the designated campus host a signed COVID-19 Campus Visitor Agreement (pdf) and a COVID-19 Waiver of Liability (pdf).
Please be aware that a mandatory mask order is in effect in Massachusetts and on the Brandeis campus. This means that masks must be worn at all times in all public places, whether indoors or outdoors, and regardless of your distance from another person.
Additionally, all companies, vendors, contractors, and suppliers who send their employees to campus must comply with the Brandeis University Procurement Department’s COVID-19 Response Notice.
Visitors From Out of State
If traveling to Brandeis from out-of-state, visitors must follow the current Massachusetts COVID-19 Travel Advisory prior to arrival on the Brandeis campus.
