The Brandeis Advancement CRM is a solution to support university-wide advancement-related activities and constituent engagement across campus.

The Brandeis Advancement CRM project began in early 2020. Millennium and the supplemental tools (including, but not limited to, iModules, Evertrue, etc.) were not fully meeting the needs of Institutional Advancement (IA) and other university departments that engage with constituents.

Through a comprehensive needs assessment and vendor evaluation — and with participation and feedback from many IA and university colleagues — the university determined that UC Innovation’s platform, ascend, was the right fit for Brandeis. ascend leverages the Salesforce CRM platform to provide a comprehensive fundraising and constituent management experience.
