Grounds Fee-Based Services
Below are the fees for various grounds services.
Grounds and Landscaping
Cost: Estimates are provided based on the scope of work, cost per grounds person, and per hour of work.
- Project related landscaping needs or repair of damage caused by project work
- Special requests for plantings or color changes
- Equipment with hazardous materials (such as Freon)
Waste Management
Cost: Estimates are provided based on the scope of work, cost per grounds person, and per hour of work.
- Excessive or unusual recycling materials pickup or additional dumpsters needed
- Wooden pallets and excessive or non-flattened cardboard or packing materials
- Furniture and special item pickup (outside of scheduled bulky waste pickup)
- Equipment with hazardous materials (such as Freon)
Athletic and Special Events
Cost: Estimates are provided based on the scope of work, cost per grounds person, and per hour of work.

- Athletic event preparation and cleanup
