Handbook Amendments - Fall 2025

Four proposed amendments to the Faculty Handbook have been sent to the faculty for electronic vote following the November 7th Faculty Meeting. A description of the background for each, the text of the motion, and a redlined version of the faculty handbook can be found in each of the following four documents.

• Amendment to the DEIS-J Committee Handbook Language (This is the second of the two required votes on this amendment)
• Amendment to Faculty Voting Procedures and Related Handbook Language
• Amendment on Tenure-Clock Postponements and CFRR Procedures
• Amendment on the Distribution of Faculty Representatives to the Board of Trustees
