Minna is from New Jersey and is a double eagle from Boston College. She did her master’s in International Higher Education and has experience working with study abroad programs. Outside of work, Minna enjoys traveling (33 countries and counting!), fishing, camping, and playing board games.

Alexandra is first generation and was born and raised in Boston. She has experience supporting students in transitions when applying to colleges and advising at a community college. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys working out, roller skating, traveling and spending time in the sun.

Kapik grew up in Jamaica and previously worked in international student advising at Northeastern University. She enjoys spending time with her family (especially her son), watching superhero movies and TV shows, exploring new restaurants/food in the Boston area and will travel for food.

What students can come to me for: Kapik co-leads the Leadership Fellows, produces the International Business School Weekly newsletter, and oversees the graduate student clubs at the International Business School. She helps club leaders plan events and case competitions. Students who are interested in starting a business-related club can speak to her about their idea and next steps.
