Workday is the university system of record for Human Resources, Finance and Payroll-related activities, as well as our Student Information System.
Within Workday, faculty, staff and students can maintain their personal information, view payslips, enter time worked, track academic progress, view grades, and register for classes, among may other day-to-day functions. Workday has been live on campus for our HR, Finance, and Payroll functions since 2019 and live for our Student Information since 2021.
Changes to the Workday Interface
Please note that due to a system update on September 20, 2025, Workday's appearance has changed. The colors for some Workday screens and buttons have been changed by Workday. If you have any questions, please email help@brandeis.edu.
