Josh Freed directs the clean energy program at Third Way, where he focuses on the policies and strategies needed to bring about clean energy reform and to address climate change. Prior to joining Third Way, Josh served for more than a decade as a political strategist for national, federal and local campaigns and was a senior staffer on Capitol Hill. Ken Martinian, who runs Altman Vilandrie & Co.’s regulatory practice, was named a principal at the strategy consulting firm.
