Jordan Barkin is a Realtor in Atlanta at a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate. If you visit Atlanta, Jordan says he would love to show you the town. In June, Noah Branman became development associate for the arts and sciences team in the university development and alumni relations department at New York University. Last fall, Maura (Sarasin) Cronin and her husband, John, welcomed their third child, Emily, to the family. She joined big brothers Michael (age 7) and Ryan (age 5). To accommodate the new addition, Maura and John decided to rip off the roof of their ranch and add a second floor. The couple volunteers for the Pine Hill Little League, in Lynn, Massachusetts, and Lynn Youth Hockey, and explores local parks, museums and zoos with their kids. Maura has worked as legal counsel at the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance for the past seven years. Rebecca Frisch recently became chief of staff at TD Commercial Banking. She made the move to the Philadelphia area with her husband, Scott Lauber, and 2-year-old son, Jake, who will always be a Red Sox fan. Miriam (Kingsberg) Kadia, MA’03, married Roshan Kadia on Dec. 10, 2016. In attendance were Jenny (Marcus) Sandler, Rivka Liss-Levinson, Debbie (Schneider) Giordano, Claire Gunter, Jackie Marcus, Trish Piekarski and Mark Brescia ’04. Miriam is an associate professor of history, specializing in the history of modern Japan, at the University of Colorado Boulder. During the 2017-18 academic year, she was on leave at the Institute for Advanced Study, in Princeton, New Jersey. Roshan is a senior manager in the New York City office of KPMG. Their son, Ethan, was born on April 15. Michaela May is an attorney at Bennett & Belfort, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She practices civil litigation, with a focus on employment law. Melissa (Stern) Sutcliffe and husband Mark welcomed another child, Lilith Rose, into the world in February. Eliza Varadi is a pediatrician in Charleston, South Carolina. She received the 2017 President’s Award from the South Carolina chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She also received the CDC Immunization Champion Award, presented to her by Teresa Foo ’02, a public-health physician. Viveka (Prakash) Zawisza and her husband, Jim, welcomed their first child, Saraswati Rae, on Jan. 30. Despite the sleep deprivation, Viveka reports they’re “pretty head over heels” for their little girl.
