Project update: Office trailer installation

Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, Dimeo Construction — the project’s construction manager — will begin installing office trailers on the construction site. Work will include setting up a triple-wide trailer, enclosed by fencing, on the T Lot extension overlooking X Lot. Installation is expected to take approximately one week.
This activity will not impact parking in X Lot or the Theater Lot. Full site mobilization and construction will begin later in June 2025.
