Research Approach
Social, cognitive, and biological levels of analysis complement each other and in order to truly understand a psychological phenomenon we need comprehensive theories and integrative research that spans across levels of analysis.
Following this research philosophy, we use a multi-method approach, often utilizing methods from cognitive psychology and the neurosciences, to investigate social psychological questions of real life significance.
The interest, thereby, lies not in the method per se, but in the ability to gain a thorough understanding of intra and interpersonal psychological processes.
