You can find detailed instructions on setting up the app here. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your organization - type in Brandeis and you will be asked to enter your Brandeis credentials. You will need your Duo device to finish authentication.
Employees who enter time can enter their time worked in the app. Absences requests can be submitted through the app. Managers can approve requests. You can view your pay slips and your benefits. Basically, any basic self-service functions and/or approvals can be done in the app.
