Yes, instructors can waive prerequisites within Workday. By using the Registration Troubleshooter, students can request an override for a course prerequisite. Once requested, the instructor will receive an inbox item to approve the requirement waiver.

There will not be a shopping cart for registration in Workday. However, Workday Student does offer Academic Planning features which functions in a similar fashion as a registration shopping cart. With Academic Planning students can map out the courses they want to take during their time at Brandeis. Academic plans can be used to register for courses during a student's registration appointment, similar to the Shopping Cart feature.

In addition, there may be an opportunity to advance a current Workday Student customized report to allow units in the faceted search criteria.
