Full Committee Review
If the research you have planned is not eligible for an exempt or expedited review (e.g., involves more than minimal risk; an experimental design; subjects considered to be vulnerable (children, prisoners, cognitively impaired); and/or deception) your protocol must be reviewed at the BCPHS monthly meeting. Full Committee Review Application Procedures:
Submit one signed, hard-copy original of the full application (delivered to the Office of Research Administration, Bernstein-Marcus Rm. 121, or mailed to Brandeis Committee for Protection of Human Subjects, MS #116), and
one copy of the full application via e-mail to irb@brandeis.edu.
Please note that a submission will not be deemed ready for review until both the e-mailed and hard-copy materials have been received by the IRB Administrator.

Instruments (survey, questionnaire, interview guide, etc.)
Letter indicating permission to recruit from and/or conduct testing within the facility/institution/ organization and agreement by the facility to abide by the Brandeis protocol for the protection of human subjects. If the facility has a Multiple Project Assurance, provide a letter indicating approval from that Institutional Review Board along with a copy of the approved consent form. Grant Proposal (In order to perform a complete review, the BCPHS is required to examine the grant proposal. Investigators need only include the cover page and narrative section of the proposal unless otherwise requested by the BCPHS.
