Mandatory FCOI Training
According to the Brandeis University's FCOI Policy and in accordance with
the PHS Regulations,
each Investigator must complete training on the FCOI Policy prior to engaging in research funded by PHS, and at least every four years thereafter.
Each Investigator must also complete training within a reasonable period of time as determined by the Institutional Official in the event that this Policy is substantively
amended in a manner that affects the requirements of Investigators, or if it is determined that the Investigator has not complied with this policy or with a
management plan related to his or her activities.
We are pleased to offer a convenient, customized online training program through the University of Miami's Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Program.
Many institutions across the country use this tool for training investigators in a variety of research-related topics.
Please find instructions for completing this training:
CITI Program FCOI Training Instructions
The Institutional Official will receive an automated completion report when an investigator has completed the required training requirement.
