Health Insurance Waiver/Enrollment
The Health Insurance Reporting and Selection process may now be completed online.
Visit Sage SA Self Service to report (waive) or select coverage for the upcoming 2011-2012 academic year by the end of this spring term. Your prompt attention to this matter will avoid any unnecessary premiums on your fall bill.
Please be advised that spring 2011 admits must report (waive) or select Brandeis Insurance by completing a paper Undergraduate Health Insurance Selection/Reporting Form or Graduate Health Insurance Selection/Reporting Form, both of which are available on the Health Center website.
In accordance with Massachusetts law, students are required to either purchase insurance or to certify that they have comparable coverage each academic year.
