About University on University: 

University on University is an Atlanta-based institute for Jewish and civic learning, created by and an integral part of Congregation Shearith Israel (CSI), bringing people together around ideas that matter. Through serious study and creative engagement, it builds community, deepens understanding, and broadens its impact across the Atlanta community. It brings people together around ideas, issues, and experiences through creative engagement and serious study (Talmud Torah). About the Position:

The Managing Director will work full time to design, launch, and lead the institute’s suite of learning and cultural programming. Responsibilities include cultivating community partnerships, developing a nimble and durable business model, and establishing the necessary infrastructure to execute robust, multi-year programming. With a focus on advancing Jewish adult learning, the Managing Director will work closely with CSI professionals and lay leadership to forge experiences that strengthen community through shared intellectual and cultural engagement. This role blends vision-setting, relationship-building, and hands-on execution.

About the Position:

The Director of Education and Engagement is responsible for all formal and informal education of children and teens, and family engagement at TBE. Reporting to the Rabbi and working closely with lay committees, you will direct the Religious School (Wednesdays and Sundays during the school year) and oversee all teen and family programming including Tot Shabbatot (monthly), Likrat Shabbatot (bi-monthly; for grades 3-7 children) holiday programs, Junior Congregation (monthly), teen gatherings and trips, and other programs.

Capital Campaign Development Operations Coordinator, Sydney Alpert Albany JCC (part time)

About the Position:

We are seeking a self-motivated Development Operations Coordinator to join our team for 15 hours a week in support of the Albany JCC’s capital campaign efforts. Reporting to Will Schneider and Sami Sinclair (the campaign consulting team), the Coordinator oversees the operational aspects of the J for Generations Campaign. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a measurable record of accomplishment and knowledge of development or similar systems and processes (e.g., sales) to help us achieve or exceed our goals.
This person will be expected to be in person at the Albany JCC for some portion or all of their working hours. 

Salary : $4000 a month

Associate Director, Community Leadership and Engagement, Jewish Federation of St. Louis

The Associate Director of Community Leadership and Engagement is responsible for advancing the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ strategic priorities by leading key engagement initiatives, strengthening leadership development pipelines, and representing the Federation within the Jewish community and broader civic landscape. This role ensures the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact leadership development programs for both volunteer, lay leadership and professional staff.

Salary range: $75-88K

Whether through its national office in New York or local offices and lay-led groups across the United States, the JLC enables the Jewish community and the trade union movement to work together on important issues of shared interest and concern.

About this position:

The Regional Director will oversee the region’s operations, programming, communications, and outreach across all six New England states. This role includes responsibility for fundraising efforts, public engagement, and strategic planning, as well as coordinating regular meetings of the regional board. A key priority will be strengthening existing relationships and building new connections with union leaders, labor activists, and Jewish communal institutions. The goal is to foster meaningful collaboration and deepen mutual understanding across these communities.

Salary: $70K

About this position:

The COO will serve as the organization’s senior leader for internal operations and organizational infrastructure. As a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO is responsible for building and managing the systems, people, finances, and processes that enable The Vilna to grow with discipline, clarity, and sustainability. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the COO translates strategic priorities into operational reality - ensuring the organization is financially strong, well-governed, efficiently run, and built for growth.

Salary range: $150K - 165K
