Information for Grant Recipients

Please note these dates as you plan for the Festival of the Arts.

February Info sessions (required)
February 15 Confirmation of performance venue and time
February 15 Confirmation of location for visual art
February 15 Final titles and descriptions due for Festival publicity
March 18 Last day to change technical requests
April 22-24 Installation of visual art (Some assistance and transportation provided, artists ultimately responsible for hanging)
April 25-May 1 Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts
May 2-3 Artwork in the SCC must be removed by 11 a.m. on 5/2. Artwork in other sites must be removed by noon on 5/3 unless other arrangements have been made. (Some assistance and transportation provided, artists ultimately responsible for removal).
May 15 Survey response due to Arts Engagement
May 22 Last day to turn in requests for reimbursement

General Guidelines

Acknowledgment of Support

Grant recipients must mention the Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts and credit the Brandeis University Office of the Arts in all print and online announcements, publicity, and programs for the funded project. The following phrase is recommended: “Part of the Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts and made possible [or Made possible in part] by the Brandeis Division of Creative Arts.”
