American public opinion is sharply divided over Israel’s military actions in the Gaza Strip. But what about public opinion in the Arab world? The Crown Center kicked off the new academic year with a unique conversation featuring leading experts on Arab public opinion—Amaney Jamal and Michael Robbins of the Arab Barometer, and Khalil Shikaki of the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research in Ramallah. Moderated by Michal Ben Josef Hirsch, they explored how people in various Arab countries are reacting to the war and what these views might reveal about the region’s future.
