We have proposed several new positions that would increase staff diversity.

Increase partnerships with Intercultural Center student organizations and other campus groups.

Launch the Rise Together Mentor Network, with a Brandeisians of Color cohort.

Label events with a focus on diverse candidates or topics as "DEI Opportunity" in Handshake so they are easily searchable.

Launch a partner newsletter for upcoming diversity, equity and inclusion events.

Launch "DEI Career Connections" listserv for students interested in opportunities specifically welcoming to Black students and students of color.

Track and monitor the number of networking opportunities specifically welcoming to Black students and students of color.

Assess program attendance, learning outcomes and satisfaction yearly to adjust as needed.

Monitor destination outcomes by ethnicity.

Post breakdown by ethnicity on the Hiatt Career Center website and share with campus partners.
