What We Do

The Division of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DDEIB) is committed to working collaboratively with our campus community to assess and support its strengths and needs in an effort to build high-quality programming that evokes social change.

Strategies, processes, and initiatives that further institutional diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) outcomes are creative and flexible. While it is essential that there be a unifying strategic thread that links all campus departments, DEIB outcomes and processes are developed based on the particular strengths and needs of individual academic, professional, and social campus communities.

Refer to our guiding philosophy for community engagement to learn more about our beliefs about developing strong, mutual and supportive working alliances.
