Anti-Racism Education

“Antiracism [sic] is a transformative concept that reorients and re-energizes the conversation about racism – and even more fundamentally, points us toward liberating new ways of thinking about ourselves and each other.” Ibram X. Kendi

The Division of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DDEIB) is dedicated to providing robust, thoughtful, and informed educational opportunities around issues of bias, prejudice, and marginalization. Our current moment, and our placement in an educational institution, leads us to believe that creating and delivering high-quality anti-racism education is very important for the Brandeis community. Because different people, communities, and units have differing needs, we have several avenues for engagement. For more information about these learning opportunities, visit the website of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) Education and Learning Initiatives.
