Trainings on Campus Protocols for DACA and Temporary Protected Status Inquiries
February 16, 2018
Dear Brandeis Community:
Dr. Allyson Livingstone — who has joined my office as the new director of diversity, equity, and inclusion training, education and development — will hold two presentations for faculty and staff (though all members of the community are welcome) with the latest information on our current immigration issues, and ways that staff and faculty can best support students and one another. The training will cover recent developments related to DACA, Temporary Protected Status and campus protocols.
These open sessions (with the same presentation) will take place on:
- Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Schwartz Hall - Auditorium; and,
- Thursday, Feb. 22, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Intercultural Center’s Swig Hall.
I look forward to seeing you at these events.
Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
