Case competitions give students the opportunity to test their ability to develop leading-edge solutions to complex real estate case studies based on industry scenarios.  The student teams consist on average of four to six students.  These students then compete against other teams in developing real estate proposals and presenting them to the judges.  Through these case competitions, students gain an unique opportunity to enhance their social and professional networks and resume-building experience.
