Real estate, the largest asset class in the world, yields a wide range of opportunities in development, finance and marketing.

The MBA Real Estate concentration can be completed with a minimum of 20 credits over the course of two years. Students who declare this concentration often go on to land jobs in the areas of capital markets, financial analysis, development, market research and leasing, and urban planning.

Careers in Real Estate

The skills and experiences acquired in this concentration have proven to benefit students who embark on careers that require a broad understanding of real estate, including capital markets, financial analysis, development, market research and leasing, and urban planning. Employers have included Jones Lang LaSalle, National Development, Citigroup, Apartment Realty Advisors, and Cushman and Wakefield, among other leading companies in the industry.
