Real Estate Finance: Developing Skills to Develop Your World

The MA Program concentration in Real Estate Finance equips students with the state-of-the-art analytic skills, quantitative tools and software abilities needed to succeed in roles in both large and small real estate firms and funds around the world. 

Through their coursework, students gain proficiency in STATA and ARGUS software and partake in coursework in real estate, finance, credit risk analysis, marketing management and more. 


Careers in Real Estate Finance

Students in this concentration often go on to land jobs in the areas of acquisitions, development, investment and market research, asset and portfolio management, finance and capital markets, as well as property management, leasing and urban planning. Employers have included AEW Capital Management, CoStar Portfolio Strategy, Criterion Development Partners, Cushman and Wakefield, Forest Properties, Jonathan Rose Companies, Jones Lang LaSalle, JP Morgan, National Development, Walker & Dunlop, and other leading firms and companies in the industry.
