Rise and shine! My morning begins with a light breakfast of avocado and toast
I check my emails and catch up on the news. Bloomberg sends me roughly five newsletters every morning, and I read through them as I watch the market open.
Wrap up my morning routine and head to my Corporate Finance course at the International Business School. Today’s class consists of a case discussion.
Class ends and I’m on the way to the Sherman Dining Hall for lunch. I grab a coffee on the way out.
On the way to Gosman gym for a quick workout. It’s a five minute walk across campus and accessible to all students.
Now that I’m sore all over, I order a quick bite from Einstein Bros. Bagels and pick up my food on the way back home. I start on some work and host office hours for Credit Risk Analysis that I TA for. I catch up with a connection in a real estate investments firm that I will be joining in the summer.
Out for a quick dinner back at Sherman. Afterward, it’s time for Real Estate Finance. I take a seat next to my friends and participate in a lecture exploring the different asset classes in real estate.
It’s club time! The Global Markets Investment Club meets weekly to break down the market. I share a market update that I prepared the night before, and another member presents a stock pitch. After some debate, we decide to add it to our portfolio.
I walk back to my dorm and wrap up my work. I relax for two hours before hopping into bed. Goodnight!
