David Strachman, an attorney with McIntyre Tate in Providence, R.I., published “Terrorism Litigation.” Starting in 1999, he was part of a team of lawyers who brought suit on behalf of terrorism victims against the Palestinian Authority, the PLO, Iran, Syria and Hamas. The cases have led to a series of judgments for more than $500 billion.
