Undisciplined Evenings: Mark Dion

Program October 4, 2017, 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Date and Time:

Wednesday, October 4, 6 - 7 p.m.

Location:

Rose Art Museum

This fall, the Rose debuts Undisciplined Evenings, with special after-hours gatherings in Mark Dion's permanent installation The Undisciplined Collector (2015). The series coincides with Dion’s survey exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Misadventures of a 21st-Century Naturalist.

Held in the den-like setting of Dion's installation, guests of these monthly sessions will have the opportunity for open and intimate conversation with a variety of invited speakers. The series kicks off on October 4th with an evening with Mark Dion; over the following months, friends and colleagues selected by the artist will act as hosts in his stead. Check back soon for a full lineup of Undisciplined Evenings at the Rose.

Please note: attendance for each Undisciplined Evening is limited to a maximum of ten guests, and the October 4th conversation with Mark Dion is currently at capacity. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, however, please fill out the form below, and a Rose staff member will be in touch should a spot become available.
