Take a moment out of your day to slow down, and clear your mind with a half hour mindfulness session in the peaceful setting of the Rose Art Museum. Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress and anxiety while helping to develop tools that make us more self aware, compassionate and well balanced. Join us at the museum for an opportunity to recenter and deepen your awareness through all of the senses.
This session will be led by Protestant Chaplain Reverend Matt Carriker who also leads Zen Zone, a weekly gathering that explores various mindfulness and contemplative practices.
All are welcome. No experience necessary.
