Resilience and Resistance Tour
Program
November 21, 2025, 12 p.m.
Join us for an hour-long tour of the group show Fabricated Imaginaries: Crafting Art, as we discuss artistic expression, freedom of speech, and what it means to bear witness to violence and civil unrest. What can we learn from the creative practices of artists such as Nick Cave, Tuesday Smillie, and Theaster Gates, as we work to heal and transform our world?
This tour is presented as part of Fall of Freedom, a nationwide call for the arts community to stand united in defense of democracy and free expression. This program celebrates the power of art to inspire empathy, courage, solidarity, and hope.
This program is held in conjunction with the exhibition, Fabricated Imaginaries: Crafting Art, August 20, 2025–May 31, 2026.
